Shipping and Returns

Please know that the Shipping delivery will take:

♦ MNL : 1-3 Days
♦ LUZ : 1 - 3 Days
♦ VIS : 3 - 7 Days
♦ MIN : 4 - 7 Days
♦ ISLAND : 7 - 10 Days
♦ PALAWAN AREA: 3 -4

There's an instance that your order would not deliver at the promised delivery date due to high volume of orders. You need you expect that sometimes it's earlier than EST delivery date or delay.

However, we appreciate the fact that you like our clothing design. We realize there are times when an item may become damaged during shipment or may not be exactly what you were expecting. We are here to help you resolve these issues as quickly and easily as possible.

Should you need to return or exchange an item, please thoroughly review this policy, then contact us for assistance with your claim.

How do I return my order?
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Only items listed below are eligible for a refund or exchange:

- Products received are in a damaged state
- Products are not in a satisfactory quality
- Incorrect products are supplied to you
Several items are exempt from being returned.

Claims for a refund or exchange must be made within three (3) days of receipt by emailing Ulaptiktokshop@gmail.com. A copy of the receipt or any proof of purchase must be presented, failing which any such claims are deemed to be waived.

You will have 2 return options:

Return via Courier Service (courier fee by customer)
Return in one of our own Retail Store (free returns)

Please kindly follow the following steps:

A. Email our Customer Service team at ulaptiktokshop@gmail.com or facebook page
Provide our Customer Service team your order details and reason for returns.
Print out your return form(s) that will be provided by our Customer Service team.
Simply pack the item you wished to return, insert your return form, then seal.
Proceed to your preferred courier to post back your returns.
Take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the courier service as reference.
B. In Store Return

If upon receipt of your online order and you are not completely happy with your products, just visit our partner stores.

In the event we agree to the return of the products for a credit or replacement, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be complied with to receive your claim.

If you are entitled to a refund from us, we will pay as soon as possible, but in any event within 3 days. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition.

Shipping

ULAP CLOTHING is not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier, but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand.
